Pat Marchand

Director, Sales and Marketing / Road Operation Manager

Pat Marchand is the Director of Sales and Marketing at Clément Marchand. Involved in the family business since his teens, he is well practiced in every step of the sales process, from the very first contact with the customer, right through the installation process and post-sales follow-up. He is equally qualified in residential and commercial installation, and also specializes in hydronic heating (boilers, radiant floor heating and hot water heater systems). His motto: Listen to your customers and offer great products, tailored to their specific needs.

Chantal Marchand is Director of Administration and Finance at Clément Marchand. Holding a Bachelor’s degree, she manages the company’s finances while making sure everything runs smoothly on the administrative level.

I bring a vast amount of construction and installation experience as a G1 fitter, Ventilation design certified and a Red Seal refrigeration mechanic for the past 25 plus years, with a constant vigil on customer service.
